As part of the project, the existing outdated “ÜSMEK” building currently affiliated with Üsküdar Municipality has been reimagined and transformed from its abandoned state into an integrated community hub, redesigned to accommodate a nursery, indoor sports facilities, a study center, and a holistic wellness center.
